Yup, that’s what Musk stated once again. However, we know his history on missing deadlines (wink face here). Elon Musk went on Twitter to state that “Supercharger coverage will extend to 100% of Europe next year…”
Yes. Supercharger coverage will extend to 100% of Europe next year. From Ireland to Kiev, from Norway to Turkey. https://t.co/7FQZgLCTVJ

Musk stated that the coverage would spread from Ireland to Kiev and from Norway to Turkey. Musk has been talking much about Supercharging coverage, even stating in November in which he said that Supercharger capacity would be doubled by the end of 2019, putting chargers “within range of 95% to 100% of the population in all active markets.”
Living in an eastern suburb in Phoenix, I’m still looking for a Supercharger closer to my home vs traveling to Scottsdale or Phoenix for a quick charge. At least my state is still pretty well covered. Looking to 2019 it seems that we should have a couple more coming. Thanks Elon!
